As a Certified Life Coach, Tanner has completed extensive training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). He has now been coaching for over two years, and has helped over 50 clients. He is also currently employed as a Wellness Coach at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
This way of coaching is mindful and relaxed. As a coach, Tanner's focus is to have compassion for all of his clients. By working together, you will learn to build effective habits, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.
Tanner assists clients in having a more clear, calm, and healthy mind. He helps people achieve this by teaching mindfulness concepts, helping them build a consistent lifestyle, and instructing them how to "step back" so they begin to approach challenges with a calm perspective.
